Navigate to Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment. If any accounts or groups other than the following are granted the "Access this computer from the network" user right, this is a finding: Administrators Authenticated Users
